The privately-owned Australian developer of both Bayview and Encore at Ramsgate Beach has just won two more prestigious industry awards; this time for its project, Laurier, at Cremorne.
The pet-friendly building was judged the finest medium-rise apartment development in Australia by the Urban Taskforce.
This was followed by the Urban Development Institute of Australia's award for best medium-density development in NSW, and qualifies Laurier for the National Awards which will be announced early next year.
Laurier is the fourth boutique-size apartment project from HELM to win State and National industry awards over the past four years. Not only are experts praiseworthy of HELM, purchasers are equally enamoured.
