Encore Ramsgate Beach

It has just five two-bedroom apartments and five three-bedroom apartments. All are unashamedly designed and constructed for owner-occupiers. Encore was completed in April 2017 and is fully occupied.

Laurier Cremorne

Most people think that living in an apartment involves certain compromises, especially if you are moving from a large family home. However when you buy an apartment from HELM there is little downsizing of space and certainly no downgrading of comforts.

Laurier comprises five garden apartments, four 2 bedroom upper level apartments and nine 3 bedroom upper level apartments, including 2 penthouses. Three of the garden apartments enjoy sun drenched north facing garden areas on title, and are larger than some nearby terrace home land sizes. 

All Laurier apartments were sold off the plan within the first 3 weeks. Laurier was completed in July 2016.

UDIA 2014 Winner
